Though far from official, the
Blackberry Apollo is expected to be a mid-range device, providing a needed hardware upgrade to the current Blackberry line, though not quite full of the latest, fastest tech. However, it does feature an NFC chip, something only just starting to appear in Smartphones. Should they actually catch on, NFC chips will allow you to make secure purchases, look up information, or exchange contact lists just by touching your phone to another NFC device.
